This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the himalaya4d platform. By accessing or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the conditions listed below. Please read this page carefully before registering or making any transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the services provided by himalaya4d, you explicitly confirm that you have read and understood the full contents of these Terms & Conditions. Your agreement takes effect from the first time you access our platform, whether via a desktop browser or a mobile device. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to register for or use the himalaya4d services in any form.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and himalaya4d as the platform provider. himalaya4d reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page and will take effect from the date the update is published.
Continued use of the platform after an update to these terms has been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are advised to visit this page periodically to ensure their understanding remains in line with the latest version.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access all features of the himalaya4d platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and access to games, you must create an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating more than one account under the same user may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. Never share your login information with anyone else, including other users or anyone claiming to be a member of the himalaya4d support team. All activity that occurs under your account, including transactions and bets, is the sole responsibility of the account holder.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before users can make a withdrawal. The identity data provided must match official documents valid in Indonesia. himalaya4d reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for verification purposes. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in the account being suspended until re-verification is completed.
Age Requirement
The himalaya4d platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. himalaya4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to belong to an underage user without a refund.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the himalaya4d platform in accordance with its intended purpose, which is as a digital entertainment service. Any use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, system abuse, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.
Users are prohibited from taking any action that could damage, disrupt, or impair the technical functioning of the platform, including but not limited to: hacking attempts, bug exploitation, use of bots or automated scripts, and manipulation of game outcomes. Violations of these terms will result in permanent account closure and may be subject to legal action.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their gaming activity does not violate the regulations in force in their jurisdiction. himalaya4d is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform in jurisdictions that impose restrictions on similar services.
4. Payments, Transactions, & IDR Currency
All transactions on the himalaya4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits using a variety of available local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri), digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana), and QRIS. The list of available methods may change at any time and can be viewed in the Finance menu after logging in.
Any deposit that has been credited to an account balance is considered valid and cannot be reversed once used in a game. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified in the same name as the himalaya4d account holder. himalaya4d reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal if there are indications of suspicious activity or an incomplete verification process.
Bonuses, cashback, and promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions set at the time the offer is issued. Users must read the bonus terms before claiming any offer. himalaya4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus claimed in a manner that does not comply with the applicable terms.
Important Note on Transactions
- All amounts shown are in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR) with no foreign currency conversion.
- Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method and the account's verification status.
- The name on the destination withdrawal account must be identical to the name registered on the himalaya4d account.
- himalaya4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or digital wallets.
5. Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
himalaya4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if a violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to the platform or other users is found. A suspension decision may be made without prior notice if the situation demands immediate action to protect the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts have been suspended due to an alleged violation have the right to appeal through the customer support team by providing a relevant explanation and supporting evidence. himalaya4d will review each appeal fairly, but the final decision rests with the platform. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a violation may not be refunded, depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may contact the himalaya4d support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required verifications have been completed, in accordance with standard procedures.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Links
All content found on the himalaya4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of himalaya4d or parties that have granted a license for its use. Such content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use platform content for commercial purposes without written permission from himalaya4d.
The himalaya4d platform may contain links or references to third-party services, such as game providers, payment gateways, or other supporting services. himalaya4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users who access third-party services do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms applicable to those services.
7. Limitation of Liability, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
himalaya4d provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service availability, freedom from technical errors, or freedom from system disruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, himalaya4d is not liable for indirect losses, losses arising from service disruptions, or losses caused by user actions that violate these terms.
himalaya4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users who disagree with such changes are expected to stop using the platform and contact the support team to officially close their account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the himalaya4d platform will be resolved through a mutually agreed upon resolution mechanism.
